My hands and feet are constantly cold, to the point where people comment on it when they shake my hand. Sometimes my fingertips turn white or bluish in the cold and then red and tingly when they warm up.
My mom has Raynaud's and I'm wondering if that's hereditary. I'm pretty thin and have always run cold but the color changing fingers is newer.

I have it too. Hand warmers in your pockets in winter help a ton, and avoid caffeine because it makes it worse.

The color changing fingers is Raynaud's, classic presentation. It does run in families. Mine flared up after I had my kids.
