Question

For the past 3 weeks I've been getting little muscle twitches in random spots. My eyelid, calf, thumb, shoulder, just little flickers that last a few seconds. They move around. No weakness, no pain. Just constant little twitches all day.

Context

I've been under a lot of stress at work and probably only sleeping 5-6 hours a night. I also upped my caffeine to 4-5 cups of coffee a day.

100%. I did the exact same thing and the panic from googling was worse than the twitches.

Whatever you do, do NOT Google this. It will send you down a rabbit hole and convince you that you have something terrible. You don't.

Caffeine, stress, and not enough sleep is the holy trinity of muscle twitches. Cut back on the coffee for a week and see what happens.
