Provider Booking Link Policy

This policy applies to every provider who adds a self-managed booking, scheduling, or contact link to a CareIMO provider profile.

A booking link must use https://, resolve directly to the destination, and point to the provider's own booking, scheduling, request, contact, practice, EHR, or practice-management page.

Providers are responsible for keeping booking links current, lawful, secure, and accurate. Providers are also responsible for the external destination and for all booking, payment, intake, telehealth, patient communication, or care that happens there.

CareIMO logs booking-link clicks for analytics, attribution, safety, and abuse prevention, but does not receive information entered on the external booking site. CareIMO does not operate, certify, monitor, or endorse booking systems and receives no commission, affiliate fee, referral fee, or other compensation from booking, scheduling, EHR, or practice-management vendors.

CareIMO may hide, remove, or disable any booking link that violates this policy, and repeated or serious violations may lead to account restrictions. To report a problematic booking link, contact support@careimo.com.
