CAREIMO
Our Commitment
CareIMO is committed to making our platform accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. We believe that everyone should be able to access health information, participate in discussions, and discover healthcare providers regardless of ability.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines are widely recognized as the standard for web accessibility and help ensure that digital content is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for all users.
Where We Are Today
CareIMO is an evolving platform and we are actively working to identify and address accessibility barriers across our website and mobile applications. Some areas of the platform may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. We are working to improve accessibility as we continue to develop the product, and we treat accessibility feedback as a priority.
What We Are Doing
Our ongoing efforts include:
Report an Accessibility Barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier while using CareIMO, we want to hear about it. Your feedback helps us improve the platform for everyone.
Please contact us with:
Email: support@careimo.com (subject line: “Accessibility”)
We will acknowledge your report and work to address the issue. While we cannot guarantee a specific resolution timeline for every barrier, we take each report seriously and prioritize accessibility improvements based on impact and severity.
Third-Party Content
CareIMO displays user-generated content (including text posts, replies, and images) and third-party advertisements. While we strive to ensure that our platform infrastructure is accessible, we do not control the accessibility of content created by users or delivered by third-party advertising networks.
