For general questions about CareIMO, your account, or how the platform works:

Report a Post, Reply, Image, or User
In the app: Use the report button available on posts, replies, images, and profiles. This is the fastest way to flag content for review.
By email: If you cannot use the in-app report button, email support@careimo.com with the subject line “Content Report.” Include a link to or description of the content, and the reason for your report.

Safety Concerns
If you believe someone is in immediate danger, call 911 (or your local emergency number).
To report a safety concern on the platform — such as threats of violence, self-harm content, or suspected child exploitation — email support@careimo.com with the subject line “Safety Concern.” We treat safety reports as a priority.
Privacy and Data Requests
To exercise your privacy rights under applicable law (access, deletion, correction, opt-out, or other rights):

Copyright and DMCA Notices
If you believe that content on CareIMO infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated copyright agent:

To submit a DMCA counter-notification, email support@careimo.com with the subject line “DMCA Counter-Notification.”
Trademark Concerns
If you believe content on CareIMO infringes your trademark rights, email support@careimo.com with a description of the trademark, the allegedly infringing content, and documentation of your trademark rights. See Section 10.7 of our Terms of Service for details.
Appeal a Moderation Decision
If CareIMO took action against your content or account and you believe the decision was made in error:

Include your username, a description of the action taken, and why you believe it was incorrect. For more information, see Section 14 of our Community Guidelines at www.careimo.com/guidelines.
Appeal a Health Data Rights Decision
If CareIMO denied a request you made under our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy:
